Harrison Ford may have missed 6, 12 and 15 recently.

Poor guy, he has logged thousands of hours and is an accomplished pilot but he did make a very big mistake recently getting that close to a 737 and landing on a taxiway. He did land that PT-Ryan a few years back in a tough situation and survived a helo training crash landing and a small mishap in Nebraska .
