My latest WWI build is a SMER Fokker D-VII flown by Rudolph Berthold.

The model goes together quite well. The only issue is lining up the wing and fuselage struts with the top wings. Decals go on very nicely.

I used a combination of acrylic paint and wood stain for the propeller.

Rigging is done through the use of very thin florist wire cut to size and glued in place using Aileen's white tacky glue.

Lozange pattern is all hand painted using a combination of Humbrol yellow, blue, green, and burgandy.
