An older build from about 10 years ago, this is the 'Profipack' boxing of the DH-2 kit, which means it came with photo-etch and several decal options. It's a lovely kit but just by its nature, really fragile and complex to construct. I replaced the tail booms with carbon fibre rods to add some rigidity to the rear assembly. Rigged with a combination of fishing line and ceramic fibre. I'd probably do things a little differently now, but it was a landmark build for me at the time.

Beautiful build, Migrant.....but of course, ALL of your builds are beautiful! I especially like your WW I models, however.

Lots of wires! Your WW1 builds with the rigging are even more spectacular.

You said you were 10 years old when you built this?....lol Wink

I wouldn't mind being 20, if I knew what I know now Very Happy I'd be pumping money into a pension plan for one thing...

As always outstanding work especially the rigging. I have this kit but never started it, rigging really sets it off and this one is a bit intimidating.

That would be a landmark build at any time.
