G'day all,

every forum needs at least one Kiwi !!

Congrats Allan on putting together another fine forum, it is certainly easy to use and navigate around.

Plenty of familiar faces and some I've not heard from in a long time (Captain Eddie, Hawny, Ben etc) so I look forward to sharing your company from time to time Cool

All the best - Stew

Hey Stew,

Nice to have our favorite Kiwi joining us!

Thank you for the kind words. I'd like to reciprocate - great job with MH3 - I really enjoy it too! Nice that our two forums can co-exist with each other and allow collectors and aviation enthusiasts to share different aspects of the hobby with each other.

I hope you enjoy your time with us.

Allan

Greetings Stew',  good to hear from ya mate.

Yeah, "Ye Old HawnDawg" is still alive n' kicking, but feeling my age thesesdays !

By sheer co-incidence, I bumped into Ben earlier in the week (just before Easter).
It was on the (silly) "tank" game we both play, by 'Wargaming.net".
("World of Tanks, BLITZ").

He is having trouble signing-in here, he told me...
Hopefully, Allan will read this, or, I'll shoot him a P.M.

Good to see some (more), Antipodean representation on here too !

Got a question for ya mate...... "Where's Jack" ????? (aka 'Snake').

I've been locked-out of my regular '99' account, due to those dorks at Yahoo.
(hence I've theoretically lost all my 'International' contacts outside here).

Kev, aka, 'Hornchurch'.

 Belatedly, thanks for the reply mate !

 Good to see "You Old Originals" are still kicking about.

  I went on a 'ripper' of a trip, yesterday, INSIDE = RAF LAKENHEATH !!!!!

  (That's an "in service" USAF F.15 Strike-Eagle base to those uneducated Neutral )

  I did tell Jack & Stew about it, some 18-months ago, but trip got cancelled.

  They "re-scheduled" it for yesterday, Friday 19th May 2017

  Because I was "down" (& paid), on the original-trip, they gave me 1st-refusal.

  Paid in November & just waited (thinking it MAY get cancelled again).
  It didn't (thankfully) & finally came to fruition, yesterday.

  Was overcast & rain (ironically, only THE 2nd time inside 10-weeks !!!!!)

  Have yet to upload & even check my pix, but will, in good time.

  Assuming they are (even) "half-sensible", I may even open a thread...

I even took a few pix for Stew' ~ 75 Sqdn memorial at Feltwell Church !

(St Mary's, Feltwell village ~ James Ward's "wing-walk" V.C. & Wellingtons)

Erm, in two words (Erm), "NO MATE", jocolor Rolling Eyes jocolor

Stupid Pom I am = exactly one-week to the day later, I crocked myself on the A.149 coast road

http://tmacf.forumotion.com/t528-hornchurch-crocked-up-in-hospital-ha#1928

Bit enthusiastic on the ol' 550 Zephyr, resulted in broken bones & joints ;
All because of some effing GRAVEL !

As I sit here, typing, in my fetching "Real Slim Shady" backless gown, I at least HAVE the pix uploaded
(from Nikon D.5300 to my Laptop's hard drive)

I'll attempt to post one or two, although I'm back in main Hosp' tomorrow = Laptop shutdown.

Here's a teaser, "if" it takes = Taken from L.N's "balcony" walkway, up inside the tower itself Cool

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
STOP-PRESS = Am now "locked-out" of one of my other (stupid#) Yahoo accounts.
It's "the one" which controls access to my very own FLICKR photo-hosting site, so, no pix, yet.
Yahoo are getting more & more & more incompetent each month !!!!!!!
I was "inside" this Yahoo account, only earlier at lunchtime - same password, yet locked-out, AGAIN
(stupid B'strds what the ? )
In Borat speak.... "Great Success"  =  Here's one taken from L.N's tower...
As you can see, in Hobbymaster terms ; NO BLUE PAINTS WERE USED OR HARMED*
(*in this 493rd F.Sq. landing shot, or, others like them....  jocolor )
